ich hatte das gleiche Problem, die Hinweise in Eurem Forum haben mir auch nicht weitergeholfen. Unser SUSE 9.1 ist mit APACHE 2 und mod_perl für den Apache 2 installiert, jedoch kommt immer dieser Fehler (siehe unten). Nach langem probieren bin ich mit einem Kollegen auf die Lösung gekommen.
Aus einem SUSE System gibt es die Datei /etc/sysconfig/apache2 darin befindet sich die Zeile APACHE_MODULES="access actions ...." einfach das perl eintragen und es tut.
APACHE_MODULES="access actions perl"
Das Module heißt "mod_perl". Also: [/etc/sysconfig/apache2] APACHE_MODULES="access actions (alle anderen) mod_perl" [...] Dann sollte das Perlrequire behoben sein.
