Einfach das, was dort steht, in die Config.pm eintragen? Beim ersten Versuch hats jedenfalls nicht so recht funktioniert und mir das OTRS fast zerschossen... Hat das jemand schonmal gemacht, bzw kennt sich besser in der Config.pm aus als ich?
