
Hallo Community, ich suche Abfragen welche mir die Zeiten pro Status innerhalb eines Tickets wiedergibt. Die Standardstatistiken geben nur Komplettzeiten eines Tickets wieder. Im speziellen Fall möchten/müssen wir dem Kunden nachweisen können, wie lange wir auf Antworten gewartet haben (wartend auf Erinnerung). Hat jemand schon solche Reports erstellt? Gibt es Beispiele? Verwendet ihr die "Ausgabe in CSV" in der Suchfunktion?
