[otrs-de] Fehler beim erstellen eines Tickets

Hallo, ich bekomme beim erstellen eines Tickets folgenden Fehler: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------- Software error: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 1004. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------- Kann mir jemand sagen, woran das liegt?? Ich habe die LDAP Authentifizierung aktiviert, da ging alles noch. Leider finde ich keinen Fehler. Danke, Sami
