Danke, das wahr wohl ein dummheitsfehler... nun klappts (fast) ich erhalte nun die Meldung: No cronjobs in /home/otrs/var/cron found! * Check the $HOME (/etc/passwd) of the OTRS user. It must be the root dir of your OTRS system (e. g. /opt/otrs). Allerdings sind dort alle Dateien, wie auch bei meiner letzten install von otrs drinnen. Und eine endung .dist finde ich auch nicht :-( Grüße,Ralf r.heil@compuat.de
