Den Gedanken an POP3 hatten mein Kollege und ich auch schon.

Wir hätten aber aus internen Gründen lieber die eMails per Exchange (wollen keinen POP3 auf unserem Exchange) und dann die Weiterleitung.

Der Weg ist doch so:

Exchange an Postfix weiter zu Procmail mit dem Aufruf von PostMaster.pl an OTRS

Habe mir nochmal die Postfix und Procmail Konfig angeschaut. Scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein.

Was kann ich noch überprüfen?
