Dear List! Using OTRS 2.2.4 and Oracle-DB 10g unicode we have a problem with bigger email bodies. Looking like this:
U m u n s w e i t e r e I n f o r m a t i o n e n z u d i e s e m V o r g a n g z u k o m m e n z u l a s s e n , n u t z e n S i e b i t t e d i e A n t w o r t e n - F u n k t i o n i h r e s M a i l - P r o g r a m m e s . L a s s e n S i e b i t t e d i e B e t r e f f z e i l e u n v e r d e r t . A n s o n s t e n k n n e n w i r d i e E m a i l n i c h t I h r e m V o r g a n g z u o r d n e n .
Smaller bodies are plain text and readable. I know, that with MySql you have to set the Maximum Packet Size up to 20 MB. Could somebody give a hint how to setup this in Oracle (if necessary)? Or is somebody there who knows exactly the solution for my problem? Kind Regards Gerald Böhle
