ich habe derzeit
zwei Probleme mit OTRS, wo ich bis dato keine Lösung gefunden
habe.
1) Sind die
FAQ's.
Nach dem Update
können keine FAQ's gelesen bzw. angelegt werden. Folgende Fehlermeldung kommt
dann:
Can't locate object method
"AllLinkedObjects" via package "Kernel::System::LinkObject" at
/opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/FAQ.pm line 590.
2.) Agenten Login
via LDAP (Active Directory/Windows 2003)
Nach dem Update ist
die Authentifizierung des Agenten mit seinen Benutzerdaten aus dem AD nicht mehr
möglich. "Ungülte Benutzerdaten". Im log konnte ich sehen, das der Benutzer (der
das AD abfragt) ungültig ist. Hingegen funktioniert die Suche nach "Kundendaten"
aus dem selben AD mit dem selben Benutzer ohne Probleme.
Ansonsten ist läuft
das System ohne Probleme, zumindest ist es nichts anderes
aufgefallen.
OTRS läuft bei uns
auf einem Suse 10.2 Server in einer ESX Umgebung.
Für Tipps / Hilfe
danke ich im voraus.
PS: Wie kann
ich am besten die Datenbank von mysql nach mssql 2005 portieren
?
