Hallo zusammen,
nach dem Upgrade von 3.0.5 nach 3.1.3 habe ich im gesamten Frontend Umlautprobleme.

In der Config.pm gibt es diesen Eintrag

$Self->{'DefaultCharset'} = 'utf-8';

Woran kann das noch liegen ?
