Hallo zusammen,

nachdem ich die o.g. Version sowohl mit Strawberry-Pearl als auch mit der eigenen Perl-Variante installiert habe, bekomme ich jedes Mal direkt nach der Installation den selben Fehler. Installiert wird auf einem Windows 2008 Server.

Zunächst ist ein Fehler in der httpd.conf ein Fehler. Der Pfad in der Zeile 493 Include 'C:/OTRS/OTRS/scripts/apache2-httpd-new.include.conf' muss auf Include 'C:/OTRS/OTRS/otrs-2.4.6/scripts/apache2-httpd-new.include.conf' geändert werden.

Soweit so gut.

Allerdings komme ich anschließend trotzdem nicht auf die Application. Im Internet Explorer erhalte ich folgenden Fehler:

HTTP 403
