hallo,
habe nach standardinstallation von otrs 2.2.6 auf redhat linux folgendes problem: ich kann mich auf der otrs-oberfläche (index.pl) _nicht_ mit dem standarduser root@localhost, pw: root, einloggen. meldung: benutzername oder passwort falsch.
in /var/log/messages finde ich folgenden eintrag dazu:

Das ist viel zu verdauen. K.A. Du kannst versuchen mit bin/SetPassword den Passwort für den Benutzer gerade beigen, aber es scheint mehr kompliziert als dass.
