hallo, check mal den otrs cron-job für den generic-agent: linux:/opt/otrs/bin# crontab -l -u otrs ... # start generic agent every 10 minutes */10 * * * * $HOME/bin/GenericAgent.pl -c db >> /dev/null ... (http://doc.otrs.org/2.0/de/html/x303.html) lg josy
