Das ist aber eklig. Der otrs-user sollte keine gültige Shell haben. Und wenn man vergisst, das rückgängig zu machen, erhöht sich das Sicherheitsrisiko nicht wenig …

Dann doch lieber sudo (wenn installiert) oder eben meinen Tipp mit „su - otrs -s /bin/bash“ J
