[otrs-de] OTRS Update

Hallo Ich habe momentan OTRS 2.4.1 und ITSM 1.3.1 im Einsatz. Habe es damals mit dem Windows Installer installiert. Wie kann ich das System nun updaten? Muss ich es komplett neu installieren und die MySQL Datenbank einspielen oder geht das über die Paket Verwaltung? Bitte um Hilfe.
