Hi,
der Fehler wurde schon in bugzilla gemeldet:
http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9211.
Die Ursache ist noch unklar. Irgendwas an den YAML-Daten wird von
dem (strengeren) YAML::XS-Modul nicht korrekt verarbeitet. In der
3.1 hatten wir noch YAML, sind aber aufgrund von Bugs auf YAML::XS
umgestiegen.
Momentan kann ich das Verhalten noch nicht reproduzieren, bin für
jede Hilfe dankbar. Am Besten ein einzelner YAML-String an dem sich
YAML::XS verschluckt.
