Hallo OTRS Nutzer,
welche Archivierungsmöglichkeiten gibt es innerhalb OTRS?
Wir möchten anhand von vorgegeben Definitionen die Datenbasis automatisch
archivieren/bereinigen (z.B. alle Attachments automatisch archivieren).
Noch setzen wir die Version 2.3 ein und die Attachments liegen 'innerhalb' der DB.
Demnächst werden wir auf die Version 2.4 upgraden und die Attachments in das
Filesystem ablegen.
Als DB-System setzen wir MySQL ein.
Hat jemand aus der Community eine Idee oder eine Lösung?
