Hallo, Passwort ist in Apache2-perl-startup.pl gesetzt und korrekt. otrs.conf umbenannt. Aber : [Tue Sep 01 12:25:26 2009] [error] Can't locate /etc/apache2/modules.d/Apache-DBI-startup.pl in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl . /etc/apache2) at (eval 2) line 1.\n [Tue Sep 01 12:25:26 2009] [error] Can't load Perl file: /etc/apache2/modules.d/Apache-DBI-startup.pl for server ubuntu-nagios:0, exiting... Er sucht nach der Datei Apache-DBI-startup.pl in modules.d und beides ist nicht da. Wo ist das denn konfiguriert? Gruß Rüdiger

Hi,

Schon mal das Passwort in der Apache2-perl-startup.pl gesetzt? Bei " pre establish database connections" läuft das Modul ja. Ach und noch als kleiner Hinweis. Es kann sei das die otrs.conf vor dem Perl Modul im HTTPD geladen wird, daher empfiehlt es sich die Datei in zotrs.conf umzubenennen ( zu finden unter /etc/httpd/conf.d/).

Hallo, in OTRS 2.4 erhalte ich folgenden Hinweis: Apache::DBI should be used to get a better performance (pre establish database connections). System Ubuntu, MySql, Apache2, Perl 5.10, PHP 5.2

Im Log erhalte ich folgenden Eintrag :

Das Verzeichnis /etc/apache2/modules.d gibt es nicht.

Wo ist das konfiguriert oder welche fehler kommen hier in Frage?
