Schau mal unter /opt/otrs/scripts/Apache2-httpd.conf bzw. /opt/otrs/scripts/Apache2-httpd-new.conf
Da ist angegeben wo die startup.pl liegt.

Passwort ist in Apache2-perl-startup.pl gesetzt und korrekt. otrs.conf umbenannt.

Er sucht nach der Datei Apache-DBI-startup.pl in modules.d und beides ist nicht da. Wo ist das denn konfiguriert?
