ich habe es mal gewagt zwei OTRS Instanzen von 4.x auf 5.x zu aktualisieren. Soweit lief auch alles OK, allerdings steht in den Benachrichtigungen für die Agents kein Inhalt mehr vom Ticket. Es steht nur noch:

in den Logs finde ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
