Hallo,
mir ist die Frage gekommen, ob die Anhänge einer E-Mail in OTRS auch mit
in der MYSQl-Datenbank abgespeichert werden können, oder dies wirklich
nur lokal möglich ist.
Ich hoffe es kennt jemand eine Lösung.
