google hat mich damit auf http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=1551 geführt.
MySQL und OTRS laufen auf einer Windows Maschine Dateisystem ist NTFS, MySQL wird in Dateien gespeichert.
Schau dir mal http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/full-table.html an: "You are using a MyISAM table and the space required for the table exceeds what is allowed by the internal pointer size. MyISAM creates tables to allow up to 4GB by default ..."
