Hi, leider hat sich mein Problem noch nicht gelöst. Vielleicht hat jemand noch eine spontane Idee zu der Fehlermeldung: Message: Need TicketID! Der Fehler triff auf, sobald man ein Ticket anlegen möchte. Wir haben gerade erst mit der Testphase begonnen und kommen vorne und hinten nicht weiter :-(
