Hallo, Wir haben momentan OTRS 2.4.1 mit ITSM 1.3.2 und wollte mal Testweise auf einer anderen Windows Maschine OTRS 3 updaten. Wie kann ich das am besten anstellen, da ich denke das die Datenbank nicht mehr mit der alten zusammen passt. Ich habe auf einem neuen rechner otrs 3 installiert, conig.pm angepasst und die datenbank von der alten version eingespielt, jedoch lässt mich otrs nicht mehr anmelden. Fehlermeldung: Panic, user authenticated but no user data can be found in OTRS DB!! Perhaps the user is invalid. Danke für eure Hilfe. Lg.
