ich habe eben ein OTSR 2.2.6 auf ein OTRS 2.3.1 upgedatet. Module neu installiert aber wenn ich eine FAQ öffnen will bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung:

Ich finde aber keine Lösung dafür. Weiss jemand wie ich das Problem lösen kann?
