Hallo Liste,
unser OTRS v2.0.4 läuft unter UTF-8.
Soweit kommt es kaum zu Schwierigkeiten, nun ist es beim Abholen eines
Follow-Ups per POP3 zur unten aufgeführten Fehlermeldung gekommen.
Das OTRS-Logging schreibt hierzu:

Das Follow-Up wurde empfangen, jedoch erscheint beim Klick auf "(klar)"
(um die Plaintext-Mail zu lesen):
Fehler: Can't read plain article! Maybe there is no plain email in
backend! Read Backend[..]
In der Tat fehlt auch im Dateisystem (wir verwenden zur
Artikel-Speicherung das FS, nicht die DB) das Verzeichnis mit der
entsprechenden Artikel-Nr.
Da hat also offensichtlich etwas nicht funktioniert.
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
Falls jmd. antwortet ich solle doch das empfangene Mail in
Plaintext-Form bereitstellen: Gerne, nur wo finde ich dieses? Ich denke
es ist nicht mehr zugänglich weil OTRS dieses nicht korrekt verarbeitet
und trotzdem vom POP3-Server gelöscht hat.
