Hallo Forum,
ich möchte gerne einstellen, dass Tickets, die nach 72 Stunden noch offen
und/oder neu sind eskalieren. Zusätzlich sollen dann auch die Benutzer
der Gruppe "Chefs" per E-Mail über das eskalierte Ticket informiert
werden.
Wie kann ich sowas erreichen?
