Ja, in der Sysconfig Core::Postmaster die option PostmasterAutoHTML2Text wird verwendet, um HTML-eMails in Text zu konvertieren.

kann OTRS in email bzw. Tickets auch HTML tags darstellen?
Bzw. gibt es eine Möglichkeit falls eine email/Ticket HTML tags enthält, diese herauszufiltern?
