Ja diese Meldung hatte ich auch. Das Problem hat sich schon gelöst danke für eure Hilfe. Ich hatte einen Eintrag in /etc/sysconfig/apache2 vergessen *nich hauen* Jetzt läuft aber alles zum glück. Eine letzte frage hätte ich da aber noch. Wo befindet sich das Verzeichnis otrs-web? Momentan werden keine Grafiken angezeigt. Das Liegt am falschen Pfad von Apache. Aber um das zu ändern müsste ich wissen wo ich otrs-web finde bzw. den Images Ordner.
