Leider werden die Tickets nicht freigegeben obwohl der Cronjob "UnlockTickets.pl --timeout" minuetlich laeuft. Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere hat das mal funktioniert. Habe aber keine Idee was verstellt sein koennte.
Irgendwelche Ideen/Tipps?
