Gut zu wissen:)
Und schau auch mal in der Sysconfig nach, was er da jetzt sagt. Framework -> Core -> DefaultCharset
Kernel/Config.pm sticht Sysconfig (ZZZAuto.pm)
...und die OTRS Version? ;-)

Hallo an alle,
mein OTRS System zeigt Umlaute nicht korrekt an. Ich habe bereits in der Kernel/Config.pm das default-charset auf utf-8 gesetzt. Trotzdem werden die Standard-Emailtexte immer mit Symbolen ersetzt.
In welcher Einstellung ermögliche ich das anzeigen von Umlauten in Emails?
