in der /etc/apache2/conf.d/otrs.conf muss noch die Berechtigung für das Verzeichnis gesetzt werden

Das Problem hat sich schon gelöst danke für eure Hilfe.
Ich hatte einen Eintrag in /etc/sysconfig/apache2 vergessen *nich hauen*
Jetzt läuft aber alles zum glück.
Eine letzte frage hätte ich da aber noch.
Wo befindet sich das Verzeichnis otrs-web?
Momentan werden keine Grafiken angezeigt. Das Liegt am falschen Pfad von Apache. Aber um das zu ändern müsste ich wissen wo ich otrs-web finde bzw. den Images Ordner.
Schon mal danke an alle die geholfen haben.

Ich hatte die gleiche Meldung mit 'Perlrequire', nicht mit 'use'. Nachdem ich im Yast->Netzwerkdienste->HTTP-Server->Module Perl auf aktiv gesetzt hatte, kam die Meldung nicht mehr.
Leider kann ich nicht mehr dazu sagen.

Ja. Was meinst du den genau wo ich das Aktivieren muss?
Es ist installiert und steht im http auf an. Muss ich das wo anderes auch noch eintragen? (inner httpd.conf ist es drin)
Ich bekomme momentan immer folgenden fehler:
Starting httpd2 (prefork) Syntax error on line 2 of /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl:
Invalid command 'use', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
The command line was:
/usr/sbin/httpd2-prefork -f /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
failed

Ich habe da ein kleines Problem mit OTRS bei der Installation.
Ich habe die rpm für SuSE 9.1 durch geführt und es klappte auch alles super.
Nur Leider ließ sich dann der Apache2 nicht mehr starten.
Er sagt mir das der die befehle nicht aus führen kann weil er sie nicht kennt.
Sprich so befehle wie $EVN oder use
Könnt ihr mir da helfen. Wäre echt klasse
