Hi, when a client creates a new ticket by sending an email to my OTRS and if he Cc'd other recipients, I cannot see those recipients in the ticket zoom view (or in any other view). So how can I configure OTRS to have a "Cc:" field (beside the "From:" and "To:" field) in my zoom view? regards, Frank
