ausführen ging jetzt aber nach ein paar zeilen erhalte ich:

DBI::db=HASH(0x85bc390)->disconnect invalidates 1 active statemnent handle (either
destroy statement handles or call finish on them before disconnecting at /opt/otrs/scripts/..//Kenerl/System/DB.pm line 227, <PRODUCT> line 4.
und er springt wieder auf das Prompt...
Kannst du damit was anfangen?

wie ein normales script: /# cd /usr/share/otrs/scripts/tools /usr/share/otrs/scripts/tools# ./convert_db_to_utf8.pl anleitung/hilfreiche links/voraussetzungen: datenbank auf uft-8 bringen. otrs: config.pm: $Self->{'DefaultCharset'} = 'utf-8'; datenbank auf utf-8 convertieren (otrs: maintenence/scripts/tools) http://www.otrs-forum.de/viewtopic.php?t=395 hab das ganze bei 2 systemen probiert. das eine system wurde mit dem convert_db_to_utf8.pl script komplett von latin-1 mit allen umlauten übernommen. beim anderen hatte ich probleme mit den umlauten/queues/texten und einiges zum nachbessern. nach der umstellung auf utf-8 werden alle div. neuen tickets korrekt angezeigt.
