Hallo Christian, hier die gewünschten Infos: Otrs 2.0.4 Sun Solaris 5.10, Sparc 1 GB Ram 18 GB HD Perl 5.8.7 mysql 4.1.16 Standard Apache 2.0.54 mod_perl Das Problem kann nicht an Apache/mod_perl liegen, da der Fehler bei Aufruf eines cron-Jobs entsteht, welcher ohne Web-Interface stattfindet. Viele Programme parallel, Hauptspeicher ist aber immer ca. 300 MB frei. Demnach muss es der Prozess selber sein, der den Fehler erzeugt (Endlosschleife ?) Könnte das das auch shared-memory sein? Wovon kann der Fehler kommen? Denn Speicher kann es nicht sein, da wir 260

MB

frei haben.

- Welche OTRS Version wird eingesetzt? - Auf welchem Betriebssystem ist OTRS installiert? - Wie ist euer Server hardwaremäßig ausgestattet? - Welche Versionen von apache und perl kommen zum Einsatz, welche Datenbank wird eingesetzt? - Sind irgendwelche besonderen Einstellungen auf dem System aktiv?
