Hallo zusammen, ich bin ein neuer und versuche OTRS zu installieren (Auf einer Redhat 9.0 Distri). Die Paketinstallation hat geklappt der Apache Server läuft. Als nächstes ist ja jetzt das aufrufen der Seite /otrs/installer.pl dran. Leider bekomme ich mit diesem Aufruf die Fehlermeldung You don´t have permissions to access /otrs/installer.pl on this server. Als Experten wisst Ihr bestimmt wo man da drehen muss um das zum fliegen zu bringen. Ich bin für jeden Tipp wirklich dankbar. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Thomas Ellwanger Thomas.ellwanger@gmx.net

biste root? wenn nicht probiers mal mit root. Gruss alex
Hallo, danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ich bin als root angemeldet. Das Problem sind (denke ich) irgendwelche Apache Berechtigungen und ich weiss nicht wo ich dran drehen muss.
