Hi, in der Version 2.2 von OTRS gibt es ja unter /otrs/scripts/tools/ die Datei convert_db_to_utf8.pl kann mir bitte jemand sagen wie ich das ding benutzt oder ausführt... ??? Vielen Dank im vorraus! Gruß Dominic

hi dominic,

/otrs/scripts/tools/ die Datei convert_db_to_utf8.pl kann mir bitte jemand sagen wie ich das ding benutzt oder ausführt... ???

wie ein normales script: /# cd /usr/share/otrs/scripts/tools /usr/share/otrs/scripts/tools# ./convert_db_to_utf8.pl anleitung/hilfreiche links/voraussetzungen: datenbank auf uft-8 bringen. otrs: config.pm: $Self->{'DefaultCharset'} = 'utf-8'; datenbank auf utf-8 convertieren (otrs: maintenence/scripts/tools) http://www.otrs-forum.de/viewtopic.php?t=395 hab das ganze bei 2 systemen probiert. das eine system wurde mit dem convert_db_to_utf8.pl script komplett von latin-1 mit allen umlauten übernommen. beim anderen hatte ich probleme mit den umlauten/queues/texten und einiges zum nachbessern. nach der umstellung auf utf-8 werden alle div. neuen tickets korrekt angezeigt. (in latin1 und latin2) lg josy

Hi josy, vielen dank! ausführen ging jetzt aber nach ein paar zeilen erhalte ich: Unknown encoding'unicode-1-1-utf-7'at ./convert_db_to_utf8.pl line 71 DBI::db=HASH(0x85bc390)->disconnect invalidates 1 active statemnent handle (either destroy statement handles or call finish on them before disconnecting at /opt/otrs/scripts/..//Kenerl/System/DB.pm line 227, <PRODUCT> line 4. und er springt wieder auf das Prompt... Hi, der vollständigkeit halber. es leigt daran das bei mir in der DB einige Artikel drin sind mit utf-7 Zeichensatz oder ohne einen bekannten Zeichensatz. zeile 71: Encode::from_to($Row[$_], $Charset, 'utf-8') : http://perldoc.perl.org/Encode.html schaut aus wie wenn perl-encode keine codierung von unicode-1-1-utf-7 auf utf-8 unterstützt. das müsste ein besserer "perl" programmierer genauer diagnostizieren können. lg josy

Hallo zusammen, nach dem Update von 2.2.1 auf 2.2.2 und Ausführen des kleinen SQL Skriptes DBUpdade-2.2.2.sql habe ich diverse Fehlermeldungen und eine Merkwürdigkeit: Beim Ausführen des Skriptes: ERROR 1060 at line 13: Duplicate column name 'first_response_time' ERROR 1060 at line 13: Duplicate column name 'solution_time' Im Systemlog habe ich nun ständig: error OTRS-CGI-10 Unknown column 'st.escalation_response_time' in 'field list', SQL: 'SELECT st.id, st.tn, st.escalation_start_time, st.escalation_response_time, st.escalation_solution_time, st.ticket_state_id, st.service_id, st.sla_id, st.create_time, st.queue_id, st.ticket_lock_id FROM queue q, ticket st WHERE st.ticket_state_id IN ( 1, 4, 6, 7, 8 ) AND q.id = st.queue_id AND q.group_id IN ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ) AND st.ticket_lock_id IN ( 3, 1 ) ORDER BY st.escalation_start_time ASC LIMIT 5000' Ich glaube, irgendetwas wird da falsch "upgedatet" Außerdem steht beim Anmelden und oben links immer noch ITSM 1.0.1 obwohl ich auch die ITSM Geschichten auf 1.0.2 ohne Fehler hochziehen konnte. Hallo zusammen, ich antworte mir mal zum Teil selbst ;-) man muss auch noch: ALTER TABLE ticket ADD escalation_response_time INTEGER; ALTER TABLE ticket ADD escalation_solution_time INTEGER; ausführen, dann sind die Fehler weg. Das mit dem ITSM1.0.1 bleibt aber... Grüße Chris

Ich glaube, irgendetwas wird da falsch "upgedatet"

Außerdem steht beim Anmelden und oben links immer noch ITSM 1.0.1 obwohl ich auch die ITSM Geschichten auf 1.0.2 ohne Fehler hochziehen konnte.

Man kann auch keine Tickets mehr anlegen:

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 1409.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hallo Chris, Danke für den Hinweis, hatte die selben Fehlersymptome, hatte daher den Upgrade wieder rückgängig gemacht. nach Deinem Tipp mit der zusätzlich zu ändernden Datenbankstruktur klappt nun alles außer dem Seitentitel. Aber das sehe ich als Kosmetik an.
