UserSalutation in Anrede benutzen
Moin, Fragen über Fragen... ;-) Ich habe via LDAP den AD-Title auf UserSalutation gemappt. Der Title ("Herr", "Frau Dr.", etc.) wird auch in den Benutzerinfos des Tickets angezeigt. Wie kann ich diesen Title in der Standardanrede benutzen, dort finde ich nur <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME>? Leider gar nicht, das ist nicht implementiert. Aber eine gute Idee.
