Next Ticket State encoded in Auto Answer ?

Hello list, we use OTRS 2.2.0 rc1 and we have queue's with pre-defined answers (like "rtfm", "your ticket has been closed ... " etc.). Unfortunately the next ticket state can only be set on a global scope - based on the ticket state. We need the possibility to encode (embed) the next ticket state in auto answers. Is this possible ? if not, is this a planned feature or has anyone done something like this ? I could think of a general "User Fields" setting in the auto answer creation dialog similar to the fields that can be defined in PostMasterFilter etc. This way we can define automatic answers, for moving tickets to queue's etc. Regards, Robert -- Der GMX SmartSurfer hilft bis zu 70% Ihrer Onlinekosten zu sparen!
