hi liste! hi beziehe mich auf den thread: ResponseFormat queueabhängig - Jetzt auch 2.4.x! http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=3792 wenn das modul: "ResponseFormat 2.0.7" frei verfügbar ist. mit dem "modul" kann man das ResponseFormat anscheinend queueabhängig einstellen/ändern. 1) wo kann ich es runterladen. 2) scheint es vielleicht im "paket" manager irgendwo auf? 3) gibt's das auch "antwort" abhängig? bzw kann ich das in der antwort hinterlegen? lg josy gugler* News der Woche: Erfolgreiches Öko-Audit! Das OPM hängt am Thread, den du referenziert hast. Es wurde im Kundenauftrag implementiert, der es jetzt der Community zur Verfügung stellt - vielen Dank dafür an Myhammer.
2) scheint es vielleicht im "paket" manager irgendwo auf?
Bislang nicht, zumindest nicht im Repository auf otrs.org. Dafür müsste entweder jemand ein OTRS-Repository betreiben, das dann in der Sysconfig zusätzlich eingetragen werden kann oder Wir nehmen es ins otrs.org-Repo mit auf.
