Wovon kann der Fehler kommen? Denn Speicher kann es nicht sein, da wir 260 MB frei haben.

Um dir hier weiter helfen zu können, wären weitere Informationen wichtig: - Welche OTRS Version wird eingesetzt? - Auf welchem Betriebssystem ist OTRS installiert? - Wie ist euer Server hardwaremäßig ausgestattet? - Welche Versionen von apache und perl kommen zum Einsatz, welche Datenbank wird eingesetzt? - Sind irgendwelche besonderen Einstellungen auf dem System aktiv?
