
Benutze otrs schon seit geraumer Zeit. Nun hatte ich den Update auf V2.0.2 gemacht. Leider zu spät gemerkt, dass keine emails von system an Agents gesendet werden. Die Kunden bekommen aber welche! Kann mir das jemand erklären? Ausser dem DBUpdate wurde nichts durchgeführt.
