Hallo, hat jemand schon einmal versucht eine Statistik im ITSM Umfeld zu erzeugen um die Anzahl der Service Anfragen pro ConfigItem Type zu bekommen (z.B. Vorfälle pro Computer/Gebäude/Software) ? Wäre für einen Tipp dankbar. Grüsse Christoph Ohliger http://www.fh-rosenheim.de
