Sorry falls ich was ueberlesen hab, urlaubsbedingter Personalmangel. Otrs 1.3.x Ist irgendwas bekannt, dass atachments zerhackt werden? Ein .doc ist ca. 3 mal so gross wie im Original und total zersemmelt. Karlo -- If Windows is the solution, can we please have the problem back?

Läuft dein OTRS unter Linux oder Windows? IMHO gibt es mit den 1.3er Versionen derartige Probleme unter Windows.
