Hi ! Ich installierte OTRS und wollte Filemanager Kalender und Webmail nachinstallieren. Fehlermeldung Software error: ERROR: Need write permission in OTRS home Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/SetPermissions.sh !!! For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster at localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. ------------ Ich habe dann anschließend das SetPermissions script ausgeführt jedoch ohne erfolg Ich benutze SUSE 10. OTRS 2.0.4 Hat jemand ne Idee dazu ? Hast du denn mal geprüft ob das User-Verzeichnis überhaupt existiert? Ich benutze Debian, da wird ein eigener User otrs erstellt. Schau mal wie der User bei dir heisst und siehe nach welches Verzeichnis er überhaupt als /home hat. Vielleicht weicht die Suse Paket Installation von der normalen ab. Ist zumindest bei Debian der Fall. Gehe auch mal in das Script rein mit einem Editor und passe dort ggfs. den Pfad des /home Verzeichnisses an.
