Hallo Andre, ein Kollege von mir hat das gelöst, indem er folgede Änderungen vorgenommen hat: \\OTRS\otrs\Kernel\Config\Files\Ticket.pm Line 180 # Ticket::Frontend::StdResponsesMode # (should the standard responses selection be a form or links?) Gibt es in OTRS 2.0 eine Möglichkeit, die Ansicht von [ Antworten <-> Queues ] zu ändern, so das man da nicht so ne ewig lange Liste hat?
