Hallo rundum, Weil die Demo von otrs recht interessant aussieht, wollte ich mir das auch mal installieren, bin aber jetzt auf ein Problem gestossen, bei dem ich nicht weiterkomme. Gentoo, Installation per emerge, dann wird das ja für webapp-config bereitgestellt. webapp-config -I -h otrs.domain.de -d otrs otrs 1.3.1 installiert dann Kram nach /var/www/otrs.domain.de Jetzt tun sich aber bei der Apache2-config Fragen auf: Laut Doku soll da also in die apache2.conf: Alias /otrs-web/ "/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/" Alias /otrs/ "/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/" /opt/otrs gibts natürlich hier nicht, ist ja in /var/www Aber: ich verstehe jetzt nicht, wo diese Pfade hinzeigen sollen, es gibt ja da ne ganze Reihe cgi-bin- und bin- und htdoc-Verzeichnisse. Es ist also ein Verzeichnis gesucht, das als subdirs $IRGENDWO/var/httpd und $IRGENDWO/bin/cgi-bin hat. Das existiert hier aber nicht. In /var/www/otrs.domain.de/otrs-1.3.1 existieren zwar /var/www/otrs.domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/bin und /var/www/otrs.domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var aber dadrin dann widerrum keine /var/www/otrs.domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/bin/cgi-bin und kein /var/www/otrs.domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/httpd Auch im Hier mal die Verzeichnisstruktur, die mir webapp-config hingeworfen hat: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/cgi-bin: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/cgi-bin/otrs: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/cgi-bin/otrs/cpanel: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/error: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/htdocs: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/htdocs/otrs: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/htdocs/otrs/images: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/htdocs/otrs/images/Standard: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/icons: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/Kernel:[viele verschiedene] /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/bin: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/scripts: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/scripts/auto_build: /var/www/otrs/domain.de./otrs-1.3.1/scripts/database: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/scripts/test: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/scripts/tools: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/article: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/cron: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/log: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/pics: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/pics/images: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/pics/stats: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/sessions: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/spool: /var/www/otrs/domain.de/otrs-1.3.1/var/tmp: Man sieht, die geforderten Verzeichnisse existieren nicht. Wo sollen also die Pfade hinzeigen? Kann mir da eben jemand einen Tipp geben, bitte? Danke, Jan
