Hallo, hänge bei der Installation seit drei Stunden und komme nicht zum Zug. Habe Debian und Apache 1.3. Hänge bei der Webserverinstallation mit mod_perl: You may want to use a mod_perl startup script. Compiled modules on startup (speed!)! Use the mod_perl startup script which comes with otrs (scripts/apache-perl-startup.pl). - Change the default startup script location of your httpd to $OTRS_HOME/scripts/apache-perl-startup.pl in httpd.conf [...] # load all otrs modules Perlrequire /opt/otrs/scripts/apache-perl-startup.pl [...] Was soll ich an dieser Stelle machen, also wenn ich die Einträge mit den Aliasen etc in der httpd.conf gemacht habe und nun den Apache reloade, dann bekomme ich nur: Reloading apache modulesSyntax error on line 11 of /etc/apache/otrs.conf: Invalid command 'Perlrequire', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration failed (Habe die otrs.conf mit Include der httpd.conf angefügt). Muss ich noch was anderes anpassen, wenn ja was und wo? Mfg Pascal Grabe
