Hallo Christian, wir haben nun nochmals das Auftreten des Apache-Fehlers reproduziert und im apache log war wieder lediglich die bereits genannte Zeile protokolliert: error_log:[Tue Aug 2 10:09:23 2005] [error] [client 62.55.224.204] Premature end of script headers: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/customer.pl Deshalb nun die Frage, ob man den Loglevel bei OTRS erhöhen kann? Hallo Jochen,

hmm, das Log passt nicht zur Erstellung eines neuen Tickets, und da gabs ja bei dir die Probleme.

Kannst du noch mal ein Ticket erstellen, was bei dir Fehler verursacht, und die dazu passenden Logs schicken?

Falls das wirklich die richtigen Logs waren, liegt das Problem wo anders...
