Hallo, ich habe die gleiche Fehlermeldung bekommen. Wobei die Tickets doch zusammengefasst wurden. Ich wollte schon einen neuen Bugreport eintragen, aber auf http://bugs.otrs.org/ ist die Version 2 von otrs noch nicht eingerichtet. Gruß Hermann Maurer

wenn ich zwei Tickets mergen möchte kommt folgender Fehler:

Can't call method "LockSet" on an undefined value at ../..//Kernel/System/Ticket.pm line 3720.

Im Log sehe ich dazu nichts.

System: Debian OTRS Version: 2.0.1
