Hi, Im log bekomme ich immer diese Error Meldung: otrs OTRS-CGI-10[19450]: [Error][Kernel::System::Crypt::SMIME::Check][Line:98]: /etc/ssl/certs not writable! Ich kann dem Verzeichnis ja nicht 777 geben. Die Frage wo kann ich das umstellen? Installiert ist otrs unter "/opt/otrs/" und das certs Verzeichnis unter "/etc/ssl/otrs.domain.com", soweit ich das sehe.
